In-Depth Collaboration, Craftsmanship Excellence – A Complete Record of the Electrolux Project
We recently welcomed the team from Electrolux, a globally renowned home appliance brand, for a multi-stage collaboration covering product definition, detailed discussion, product testing, and mass production guidance for high-pressure water guns. This marks a significant milestone in our partnership.
Stage 1: Product Definition
During the initial visit, both parties discussed the product positioning, target markets, and key selling points of the high-pressure water gun. We showcased our years of technical expertise in high-pressure cleaning, including high-pressure cleaning machines, high-pressure water guns, pumps, and accessories. Electrolux highly recognized our vertical integration capabilities (in-house motors and in-house production of core components), and the collaboration direction was preliminarily confirmed.
Stage 2: Detailed Product Discussion
In subsequent meetings, both teams conducted in-depth discussions on appearance design, ergonomic grip, waterproof rating, quick-connect interfaces, and pressure adjustment mechanisms. Our engineering team provided multiple customized solutions tailored to Electrolux’s premium brand positioning, ensuring an optimal balance between performance and aesthetics.
Stage 3: Product Testing
To ensure the product meets stringent global standards, both parties completed multiple rounds of product testing, including:
- Durability testing – simulating long-term usage scenarios
- High-pressure seal testing – ensuring no leakage risk
- Temperature rise testing – verifying safe motor and pump operation
- Drop and impact testing – validating housing and connector strength
All tests were successfully passed. The Electrolux team expressed high satisfaction with our quality control system and in-house laboratory testing capabilities.
Stage 4: Mass Production Guidance
After testing, the Electrolux team visited again, touring our motor production line and final assembly line to provide mass production guidance. Both parties reached agreements on production rhythm, key quality control points, packaging specifications, and outgoing inspection standards, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of the first mass production batch.
