We hebben onlangs het team van verwelkomd\u00a0Electrolux<\/strong>, een wereldwijd bekend huishoudapparatenmerk, voor een meerfasige samenwerking die productdefinitie, gedetailleerde discussie, producttests en productiebegeleiding voor hogedrukwaterpistolen omvat. Dit markeert een belangrijke mijlpaal in onze samenwerking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 1: Productdefinitie<\/strong>hogedrukwaterpistolen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tijdens het eerste bezoek bespraken beide partijen de productpositionering, doelmarkten en belangrijkste verkoopargumenten van het hogedrukwaterpistool. We toonden onze jarenlange technische expertise op het gebied van hogedrukreiniging, waaronder hogedrukreinigingsmachines, hogedrukwaterpistolen, pompen en accessoires. Electrolux erkende onze verticale integratiemogelijkheden (eigen motoren en eigen productie van kerncomponenten) zeer, en de samenwerkingsrichting werd voorlopig bevestigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 2: Gedetailleerde Productdiscussie<\/strong>hogedrukwaterpistolen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In daaropvolgende vergaderingen voerden beide teams diepgaande discussies over uiterlijk ontwerp, ergonomische grip, waterdichtheidsklasse, snelkoppelingsinterfaces en drukregelmechanismen. Ons technische team leverde meerdere op maat gemaakte oplossingen die zijn afgestemd op de premium merkpositionering van Electrolux, waardoor een optimale balans tussen prestaties en esthetiek wordt gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 3: Producttests<\/strong>hogedrukwaterpistolen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Om ervoor te zorgen dat het product voldoet aan strenge wereldwijde normen, hebben beide partijen meerdere rondes producttests uitgevoerd, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Duurzaamheidstests<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 simulatie van langdurige gebruiksscenario's<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hogedrukafdichtingstests<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 waarborgen van geen lekkagerisico<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Temperatuurstijgingstests<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 verifi\u00ebren van veilige motor- en pompwerking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Val- en impacttests<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 valideren van behuizing- en connectorsterkte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Alle tests zijn succesvol doorstaan. Het Electrolux-team uitte grote tevredenheid over ons kwaliteitscontrolesysteem en onze interne laboratoriumtestmogelijkheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fase 4: Begeleiding bij Massaproductie<\/strong>hogedrukwaterpistolen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Na de tests bracht het Electrolux-team opnieuw een bezoek, waarbij ze onze motorproductielijn en eindassemblagelijn bezochten om begeleiding te bieden bij de massaproductie. Beide partijen bereikten overeenstemming over productieritme, belangrijke kwaliteitscontrolepunten, verpakkingsspecificaties en uitgangsinspectienormen, waardoor een tijdige en hoogwaardige levering van de eerste massaproductiebatch werd gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
